For this class you need to be experienced with the basics of maintaining a starter or you will be totally lost. You will make your own personal pizza, choosing the toppings you want ahead of time.  During the class you will learn the tips of making the crust, the best way to cook it and numerous tips for buying or making your own sauce plus what are the best types of ingredients and cheese.
