Basic Sourdough Whole Wheat Loaf or Boule Class
Where each guest will learn the basics of Sourdough bread while I teach them how to make an Artisan loaf of bread. Each guest makes a couple of rolls with the same dough.

Each guest will receive Sourdough snacks, starter and learn how to maintain it, plus the recipe for the bread.

Anyone can have a class at their home or mine with your schedule and your friends or family. Just like above, Minimum 4 full paying guests, maximum depends on how many ovens you have. If you have 4 full paying guests, then the host is free. $40.00 a guest.
