Sourdough Whole Wheat Boule (Loaf) Class

Basic Sourdough Whole Wheat Boule (Loaf) – Sat. 5/27 1:00-2:30pm- Learn the basics of Sourdough baking, while learning how to make a Whole Wheat Loaf. You will  make a few rolls from the same dough to take home.  Plus you will learn how to maintain a Starter and receive one as a gift. $40.00 per person. If you bring a friend you will pay $35.00 per person. As always you get to eat Sourdough Snacks.
