Hello there,
I'm the Haphazard Sourdough Baker who has made every mistake in the world making Sourdough Bread. Strangely enough my basic breads still turn out. I want to teach you how to make Sourdough Bread easily and on your time schedule. In more advanced classes I'll teach you how to make other baked goods with the Sourdough Starter, such as: Sweet Rolls, bagels, crumpets, crepes, cinnamon twists, pizza, chocolate chip cookies and much more. Baked goods with Sourdough Starter are much more healthy because the starter breaks down the gluten so your tummy can handle wheat better.
What I Do
I teach adult and children's classes. My favorite classes are kid's Birthday Parties. Your child can make pizza, Cinnamon Twists or Poptarts all with Sourdough Starter that's made from the air, no commercial yeast!
The adult classes or parties can be taught at my home or yours. Children's parties are always at your home.
Different ideas for adult parties are: girls or guys nights out, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, bruschetta parties, thank you promotional parties etc.
